"Okay, hear me out. I made my first big girl purchase a few years ago and bought a car! My mom recommended Chris over at Brad Day’s office located in Long Beach, MS and he does not disappoint! About 6 months ago, someone drove into my lane and hit me. This was my first accident ever. I was a nervous wreck because I didn’t know how claims worked, the process of being without my car and getting a rental, and how this was gonna affect my record. Chris answered every phone call, answered every question, empathized with me, and was very patient with me as I was frustrated about the situation. I’m thankful to have a trustworthy team over at Brad Day’s office that has my back and are the kindest people to work with! Especially their newest addition Ashtyn! She is a sweetie pie! I'm definitely impressed with Brad Day and his team at State Farm 🚜 in Long Beach, Mississippi. Of course It isn't easy to impress me at all. But Mr. Brad Day and his team definitely did. Yesterday, I made a clam, and Travis William was so knowledgeable and helpful, totally professional, and helped me through the entire process, which made it easy for me. He doesn't mind going the extra mile to help you with anything you may need or answer any questions you may have. I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone, and believe me, i don't say this likely because I never recommend any other insurance company to anyone. Everyone at this branch has been extremely supportive and very professional and helpful. I myself wouldn't go with any other insurance company PERIOD So I want to thank Travis for going the extra mile for me. Mr. Brad, you have an amazing team of workers at your branch.
